I use Paypal for my transactions and have done so for years now. I've never had any problems of any kind with them. You can easily check my vendor reputation when you order and before you make the payment.

You don't need to be a member if you want to pay by credit card.

Shipping

I use the postal system for shipping, so unfortunately there are no tracking numbers that I can send you. I send them Air Mail though and it usually takes between 7 and 10 days to get from here (Australia) to North America and the UK/Europe.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the material, I don't offer refunds on the book and DVDs. However I will replace any defective products. All you need to do is write me.
